1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at insureonaccelerate.com (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by Uleads Digital (ABN [[ABN]]), trading as InsureOn Accelerate ("InsureOn Accelerate", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Advertising Disclosure. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is

The Site is an online advertising and referral service. It publishes sponsored content about life insurance products offered by our partner insurer and provides links through which you can request a quote from that insurer. The Site does not sell insurance, collect applications or provide advice.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for use by adults aged 18 years or over who are resident in Australia. Information on the Site about products, eligibility and regulation relates to Australia and may not be accurate or applicable in other countries.

4. No financial product advice

InsureOn Accelerate does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and is not an authorised representative of an AFSL holder. We do not provide financial product advice. All information on the Site is general information only and has been prepared without taking into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Before acting on any information on the Site, you should consider its appropriateness to your circumstances, read the relevant Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), Target Market Determination (TMD) and Financial Services Guide (FSG), and consider seeking advice from a licensed financial adviser. Where we refer you to our partner insurer, we may receive a fee, as described in our Advertising Disclosure.

5. Third-party websites and products

The Site contains links to websites operated by our partner insurer, its marketing partner and other third parties. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms. Any insurance product you apply for is issued by the insurer under the insurer's terms, and any contract is between you and the insurer. We are not a party to that contract and have no responsibility for the assessment of your application, the terms of any policy, premiums, or the handling of any claim.

6. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate at the time of publication and is consistent with our partner insurer's product documents. However, product features, eligibility criteria and prices change, and the Site may contain errors or omissions. The insurer's current PDS prevails over anything on the Site. We may change, suspend or remove any content at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the InsureOn Accelerate name and mark, and the design and layout of the Site, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, frame or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Acceptable use

You must not: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers and networks connected to it; use automated tools to access, scrape or index the Site except as permitted by our robots.txt file; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site; introduce viruses or other malicious code; generate artificial clicks or traffic; impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; or use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications.

9. Consumer guarantees and disclaimers

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available", and we exclude all other warranties, conditions and representations, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any third-party website linked from it, however caused. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total liability to you in connection with the Site is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied, or to AUD 100, whichever is greater. Nothing in this section limits our liability for fraud or for loss that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us and our officers, employees and contractors against any loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

12. Privacy and cookies

Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.

13. Sponsored content and advertising

The Site contains sponsored content and we are compensated by our partner insurer or its marketing partner for referrals. Our Advertising Disclosure explains how this works and forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change the Site or these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Please check this page from time to time.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if it is necessary to protect the Site or other users.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [[STATE OR TERRITORY, e.g. New South Wales]], Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State or Territory and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
